How do I know if you cover my area?

If I want to place an order online and collect for ready meals can I do that? 
For any collections you can collect directly from the restaurant fridges with no need to pre order. Any online orders made are currently for delivery only.

If I place an order today when can expect my delivery? 
We deal with a very high number of orders and different routes we aim to get to you between 2pm and 8pm. If you haven’t received your order by 7pm then you can message us for an update for your delivery time.

I’ve placed an order on express for delivery but no longer need it how do I cancel? 
Please send us a message on Facebook messenger with your order number and we will be able to cancel this for you.

I am the winner of your Facebook competition how do I claim my prize? 
Please send us a message on Facebook messenger with your order number for this order and we will deduct the amount from the bill for you.

I have an express membership and would like to cancel how can I do this? 
Please log into your account, there will be an option for you to unsubscribe, once you do this you will no longer be charged for your subscription and it will be cancelled.

I have recently purchased Anoki gold card and not yet received it how can I get it? 
Please pop over to the restaurant and we will be have it ready for you to collect, if it was an online order please have your confirmation email with you.

How can I get my discount for my Anoki gold card if I wish to order online? 
Please input the Gold card number/code when you place your order on our website www.anoki.co.uk in the special requests and your discount will be applied for you.

Do you cater for weddings? 
Yes we do please fill in a contact form online and one of the team will get back to you within the next 48hours.
