Fresh sea bass prepared with the culinary sophistication of the East to preserve the fishes moist light fresh texture, whist complementing its delicate flavour with a subtly blended Goan sauce. A feast for the eyes as well as the palette

Local Indian cheese lightly cooked with fresh spinach in our own
blended spices. Beauty in simplicity.

TARKHA DAHL
A classic spicy lentil dish from Southern Indian, subtle and aromatic.

Also serving authentically prepared classic dishes based on traditional recipes from the Indian sub-contient including Balti's, Chicken Tikka Masala, Jelfrezi, Madras and Chicken Korma.
